End-of-Life Vigil Sitting – Rates
Services Offered:
We offer compassionate, one-on-one end-of-life companionship and vigil sitting to ensure no one has to die alone. Our pricing reflects the time, presence, and professional experience required to provide calm, supportive, and dignified care for your loved one.

Hourly Rates:
Daytime (7 AM – 5 PM): $45/hour
Evening (5 PM – 11 PM): $55/hour
Overnight (11 PM – 7 AM): $65/hour
Vigil Packages:
4-Hour Vigil: $200
8-Hour Vigil: $400
12-Hour Overnight Vigil: $600
24-Hour Continuous Presence: $1000
Packages make it easier for families who need extended or overnight support.
On-Call & Urgent Availability
- Same-Day Request (within 6 hours): $50
- Late Evening Request (after 9 PM): $75
- After-Midnight Emergency Request (12 AM–5 AM): $100–$150
- Holiday Requests: +25% to regular rates
Because health decline can happen suddenly, We do our best to respond to urgent needs. On-call fees ensure we can rearrange staffing schedules to support families quickly, compassionately, and safely.
Sliding Scale:
At Providence we believe compassionate end-of-life support should be accessible to those who truly need it.
A limited sliding-scale is available for families facing genuine financial hardship.
Sliding-scale availability is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure support goes to the families who need it most.
